Tom Yum prawn aglio olio.
Sautéed chopped garlic, onions, mushrooms and prawns for 3 mins.
Add in a little pasta water, chicken stock and pinch of salt.
Then, as liquid reduces, add in cooked spaghetti. Toss and coat spaghetti with the oil and sauce.
Add in finely chopped lime leaves, oregano, tom Yum paste (optional) and season with salt and pepper. Toss and taste. Adjust accordingly.
Serve and top off with a squeeze of lime.
