Sauce is simply shallots, Dijon mustard wine (I used a red b/c that's what I was drinking but recipe calls for white like a Pinot Grigio), salt, pepper, honey, Apple cider vinegar, fresh minced thyme, and minced garlic. So good and tangy. Only 352 calories a serving.
