It's that time of the year when you take plums and roast them by their selves. They should darken, caramelise around their edges and the skin should spilt just enough because the flesh softens. I like them in the mornings with Greek yoghurt, a drizzle of their juices with some grape molasses and almonds.

I'm mad for plums !!! My favorite fruit as a child....and now ~ I love how their honey sweetness gets "jammy" and brilliant ~ and lends itself to a simple perfect accompaniment. Like yours 😉💕
