A easy spegatti for vegetarians!
A healthy and easy made spegatti!
First, cook the spegatti with salt water. The ratio of water and salt is 10:1. Cook that about 10mins.
Second, put butter in your hot pan(no oliver oil please, butter is better in flavor) and cook the chopped Garlic(you can use the fresh one or the dry one)
Third, add the spegatti in the pan and season it with salt and pepper. I would add some spegatti water in the pan for a better texture.
