Pumpkin-matcha green smoothie… blend 16 oz puréed pumpkin, ~1 c frozen banana, 8 oz almondmilk, 6 oz plain Greek yogurt, a few handfuls of spinach, 2 scoops protein powder, 2 scoops collagen, 1 tsp pumpkin or vanilla extract, 1 tsp matcha, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 tsp mushroom powder, 1 tsp xanthan gum, pinch salt, pinch espresso powder with ice to desired taste/consistency
Top with a pinch of matcha swirled into the top, granola, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, and cinnamon
