Ful Ma'a Baidh (literally translates to eggs and beans) is not fancy, but it's filling, delicious and quick. To make the Yemeni standard, use your favorite ful recipe. We took a shortcut and used refried beans, with the addition of plenty of garlic, onions, a charred poblano, a diced tomato and a pinch of cumin. Stir in a few eggs near the end and let them cook through. You won't really notice them except they add some heartiness. Serve with great bread. #dinner
