Calamari rings (we use our local eastern cape choka, but any will do), mozambican langoustines, rice, enough fish stock to cover rice by 2cm and soffritto (onion and tomato base with spoon of sweet paprika).Place in large flat pan and cook till rice is done-don't stir- the steam will do the trick.
