Choco-Chia Granola | Combine dry (rolled oats + cacao powder + cacao nibs + chia seeds + sunflower seeds + walnuts + crystallized ginger + cinnamon + maca + salt) and wet ingredients (fruit purée [e.g. pear-and-apple sauce] + nut butter [e.g. vanilla cashew butter]). Bake at 350F for 45 mins, stirring about every 15 mins to promote even baking.
