Farfalle with Baby Shrimp and Cucumber
Marinate baby shrimp in white wine for 30 minutes. Cook shrimp in white wine. Let it cool. Toss shrimp, farfalle, thinly sliced cucumber, minced onion, minced dill and capers in vinaigrette sauce. Use lemon juice, white wine vinegar or champagne vinegar in vinaigrette sauce. I also add anchovy paste. This dish is always a hit at potluck, barbecue and picnic.
