Salted egg prawn
- Coat prawn with tapioca starch and deep fry in high heat
- In another pan, melt butter and add steamed salted egg yolk, then add curry leaves and chilly
- When the mixture starts foaming, add fried prawn, quickly mix well and turn off the heat
(Spring onion can also be added at the final stage)
