Fall deliciousness! Cover bottom of 8 x 8 ovenproof dish with cut up pears tossed in 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Pulse one stick butter with 1 cup flour and one half cup brown sugar in food processor. Cover pears with flour/ butter topping and bake at 425 for approximately 40 minutes or until top is caramelized and crunchy. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
