Amazing Meatballs! Ground veal, pork, and grass fed beef, eggs, fresh Italian bread crumbs, flat leaf parsley, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Very lightly mix to keep them light and tender. Bake at 375 for 25 min, then turn broiler on high to get them golden brown - about another 5-6 minutes. Make a double batch - eat now and freeze some for later! These are really moist and the Parmesan absolutely makes a huge difference in flavor.
