All hail the one pan wonder!
I roasted broccoli, delicata squash, Brussels, Japanese sweet potato, and apples at 450. (Olive oil, pink salt, pepper, rosemary-you know the drill) During the last 10 minutes, I added chicken apple sausage, rotisserie chicken, bacon, and grapes.
Served with quinoa and lemony arugula!
The most delicious part of my evening.
