What do you eat on days that you do not feel like cooking? For me, it is a simple bowl of orzo and peas dressed with extra virgin olive oil, plenty of pecorino and lemon. Parsley is always welcome but today I had to do without. It takes ten minutes from stove to table and needs only one pot. I recommend cooking the pasta in broth to ramp up the flavour.
