Shrimp and tomato pasta sauce for the week, no oil.
I used left over fresh cherry tomatoes, 4 garlic with skin, pepper and salt for seasoning. Bake the tomatoes and garlic at 150degC for 30mins. Turning at 20mins. Remove, blend, set aside.
Lightly heat shrimps in same pan before mixing with tomatoes base. Bake for another 15mins.
