It took awhile, but Contributing Editor Lindsay-Jean finally got on board with crispy-bottomed eggs. (All the better if there's a little smoked paprika in their cooking oil, and if their final resting place is atop a cream cheese-slathered bagel scattered with daikon shoots.)
