Pickled mustard seeds. Two handfuls of mustard seeds, a handful of sugar, a spoonful of salt, one smashed clove of garlic, and a small juice glass of white wine vinegar. Simmer for 1/2 hour and serve with all roasted veggies, soups, with charcuterie and cheese...endless possibility.
