Leftovers Soup (pictured pre-puréed) | Chicken broth + tomatoes + celery + onion + garlic + red pepper hummus + yogurt + rice + lemon juice + parsley + cumin + paprika + salt + pepper. Bring to boil, then simmer for 20 mins. Purée in batches. Serve with crackers.
