Maple grilled nectarines & almond-oat crumb:
Using the tips of your fingers, mix up ground almonds, oats, sugar and butter until they resemble coarse breadcrumbs. Add ground cinnamon and pumpkin seeds. Bake until lightly golden.
Melt a little butter on a griddle pan and lay the nectarine halves dipped in maple syrup but side down and turn the heat down. Cook until they soften.
Place a nectarine half, top with ice cream and sprinkle over the crumbs and serve.
