Roast fingerling potatoes in salt, pepper, olive oil, and fill until crispy and browned.

In a bowl gently mix arugula, dill, shaved cucumber, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Divide arugula between bowls and top with smoked salmon and capers. Add potatoes and enjoy!
