What kind of salt do you use? Brand?

I used a coarse Grey Celtic salt from Whole Foods, with half the salt mixed in and half sprinkled on top. In retrospect, it was too salty - I would use a finer sea salt so you're not getting huge chunks and put more mixed in rather than on top
