Spinach linguine with improvised cauliflower "alfredo". Sauté garlic in butter while boiling cauliflower in a mix of water and vegetable broth (bc I didn't have enough to boil it all). Put the cauliflower, butter and garlic mixture, milk and more broth in to the mixture and blend. Fresh pasta par boiled and the cauliflower purée in to the pan, add more broth as it cooks. Add lots of pepper and cheese.
