Tempeh ginger teriyaki stir fry. In a wok/hot pan fry up some tempeh, then add carrot, broccoli, zucchini, green beans, or whatever's on hand, and cook until tender. Add teriyaki sauce (I make it with equal parts soy, sake, mirin and sugar, plus some fresh grated ginger). Serve with brown rice, top with sliced radish, nori and sesame seeds. And it's low #fodmap.
