confession: i don't even like pizza.
but, i love cooking projects, so i shall keep working on pizza dough. tonight's simple, personal pie uses KAF's six-day no-knead recipe baked atop a fiery hot, upturned cast-iron skillet. flavor is excellent, while the shaping is (as always) a work in progress. for someone who doesn't like pizza, i sure ate the whole thing pretty fast!
