Cook cranberries, then add brown sugar, butter & toasted pecans...make a cheesecake batter with nonfat sour cream, nonfat ricotta, lite cream cheese & eggs, then mix with cooked egg noodles...add the cranberry mixture...top with cornflakes, brown sugar, cinnamon & melted butter...bake...eat.
