Roasted delicata squash, butternut squash and cauliflower. Served it with a greek yogurt sauce made with zahtar, sumac, Sriracha and a bit of salt. I baked the vegetables Sunday tossed in olive oil, S&P until caramelized. Served last night at room temperature. Easy and delicious side dish to make for fall gatherings.
