Spaghetti Squash - simply prepared by cutting in half, removing seeds, place cut side down in shallow roasting pan with 3/4 cup of water. Roast for 30 min at 400 degrees. Gently separate strands into a bowl and mix with butter, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
