Slice sweet potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper and put on baking sheet.
Combine chickpeas with olive oil, paprika and garlic powder and put on baking sheet.
Stick both baking sheets in oven preheated to 200C/375F for approx. 15 min.
Dice cucumber and avocado.
Add greens to bowl - arugula or dandelion.
Assemble salad and finish with a drizzle of lime juice.
