Home made Korokke Filipino Style 🍽
Peel and cut potatoes and boiled them until soften. Mash potatoes and set aside. Mince Chinese White Cabbage, onion and garlic. Mix 1/2 kilo of ground pork, Chinese White Cabbage, onion and garlic and season with black pepper, salt and add 1/2 teaspoon of fish sauce and 2 eggs. Make flat and oval shaped pieces then roll it over in breadings coated with scrambled egg. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with kikkoman sauce.
