Mix bread flour with salt and instant yeast in one bowl
Beat an egg and mix with milk and butter, then pour the mixture into the flour mixture. Mix well, then knead until the mixture smooth and elastic ( in about 30 minutes)
Cover the dough and put it in a warm place for it raises into double size (for about 45-60 minutes)
Take the dough out and knead it then divide it into small portions. Put shredded chicken and cheese inside then roll it up. Leave them on the baking tray for about 45-60 minutes
Before baking, spread mayonnaise and green onion and sesame on the surface
Put in the oven in 175oC for about 25-30 minutes until the surface turns golden brown
