It doesn't get much better than arepas for Sunday brunch! 🌽🍳☕️
The arepas are simple mixture of arepa flour, adobo seasoning, salt and water. Once they are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, slice them open and stuff them with whatever you'd like (and more options, the more fun it becomes)! My personal favorites are stewed black beans with lime and queso fresco, corn salad with onion and fresh herbs, and scrambled eggs with mashed avocado.
