Pumpkin Persimmon Pudding
Essentially crustless pumpkin pie with the addition of super ripe persimmons. Used this⬇️ recipe, with the addition of three ripe persimmons and used sweetened condensed milk instead of sugar and evaporated milk. So delightfully fragrant -- but it does say the flavors are even better after a night in the fridge so we'll patiently wait to sample tomorrow with whipped cream. Enjoy!
