Chocolate quinoa breakfast bowl! Rinsed white quinoa, unsweetened almond milk (I used vanilla), coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and a touch of vanilla extract! I topped with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, cacao nibs, and dairy free chocolate chips!
