These left over Trader Joes Pretzel Bagels really came in handy this past weekend! I chopped three bagels into chunks and tossed them in melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. I placed the chunks into a mini bread loaf and poured a mixture of one egg, some condensed milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and a little heavy cream over the top of the chunks. I topped the bread pudding with some pecans tossed in sugar and cinnamon. In my 350 degree preheated oven I baked my pretzel bagel bread pudding for around 15 min!
