Chocolate bark I made to top my birthday cake!
Recipe from Tessa Huff (Style Sweet ÇA).
Gently melt dark chocolate in a double boiler, pour and spread into a parchment lined baking sheet.
melt white (i used pink) chocolate for a few minutes in microwave. Swirl into the dark chocolate, making a pretty pattern.
Crumble pretzels into the chocolate.
Crumble freeze dried raspberries on top of the chocolate and pretzels.
