Cook chicken breasts in chicken broth, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, & 2 lemon halves...dice the chicken & return to the stock...toast farro and arborio rice in a large skillet...add butter & olive oil, then sauté...add chopped garlic...add stock & stuff...stir till completely absorbed...add artichoke hearts...serve with fresh Parmesan in large pasta bowls.
