X marks the spot for insanely delicious pasta. Quite possibly one of the best meals I've ever made. Chorizo bolognese from @halfbakedharvest, with sage/baby kale/manchego pesto and prosciutto/pistachio bread crumbs, with @maplebrookfarm fresh burrata mozzarella to top it off. I used spicy Italian sausage since my grocery store only had cured chorizo, and it was fantastic. Followed by Margaret Fox's Amazon Chocolate Cake (found on the @food52 website and now a go-to dessert) topped with @bonnemamanofficiel raspberry jam. There's no photographic evidence of that one, though, it went too fast.
