Pear clafoutis for a delicious breakfast.
The fruit/vegetable keeper surprised me with "very" ripe pears for an unexpected treat. Cleaning out the fridge and utilizing what I had on hand: 3 eggs (check), 1/2 carton cream (check), tbs flour (check), agave (check). Butter a pie plate and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Hand mix the batter and pour over sliced pears. Bake until the custard sets. Delicious.
