This ground beef meatloaf is seasoned with knorr onion soup mix, garlic powder, marjoram, oregano, pepper, egg, panko, and minced sautéed carrots, and garlic and onion. The filling is a mix of goat cheese, egg, roasted red pepper, sour cream, garlic, blanched spinach and more panko to thicken the mixture to a nice spreadable mixture.
On dressed foil flatten meat into rectangle. Spread cheese mixture leaving generous border all the way around. Roll the meat as tightly as possible, lift the foil to help you. Bake at 325 for about an hour. Let rest 20 mins.
