Bacon Dutch baby! Heat oven to 425F. Blend 4 eggs, 1 cup milk, 3/4 cup flour in a blender. Let sit while you cook four strips of bacon in a cast iron pan until crispy. Reserve a few tablespoons of bacon grease in the pan. Chop bacon and add to batter. Pour batter into pan with the bacon grease and put in oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes until very puffy. Cut into slices and top with maple syrup and apples (sliced and sautéed in butter, cinnamon and brown sugar). A delicious (if not very healthy) breakfast!
