Brown butter butternut squash rolls! Make brown butter. Mix a few tablespoons with warmed milk and egg and mashed squash. Mix into flour, yeast, and brown sugar. Let rise. Roll out into log and slice into pieces. Dip rolled pieces in melted brown butter and honey mixture and fill a round baking pan. Let rise once more and bake!
