Leftover Chinese greens go into the pan to reheat and are then topped with two eggs to fry. Grind pepper. Sprinkle crunchy salt. All the while a slice of toast toasting to be smeared with a little miso. Slide on them eggs for an open faced toast.
Matchstick a sweet beet for a crunchy side and toss with a touch of sesame oil and soy.
