West Indian Spaghetti
Make the spaghetti or pasta of choice according to the packaging instructions.
For the sauce, I used diced tomatoes with no salt added, onions, green peppers, jalapeños. And for the seasonings I added coconut sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, A little bit of extra tomato sauce, thyme, rosemary, cilantro, herbs de Provence, raspberry infused balsamic vinegar, bread crumbs, and the chicken.
For the chicken, I seasoned it with curry powder, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, ginger, turmeric, a little bit of cinnamon, thyme, rosemary, cilantro, herbs de Provence, and Sazon Goya with cilantro and tomato.
