"Leftover pulled turkey" with coleslaw. Not a fan of dark turkey meat so this is a way to repurpose it in a very different and easy way. Shred the left over meat from your turkey legs and wings. Saute an onion in a medium size dutch oven. Add shredded turkey meat and some chicken broth. "Braise" (covered) on stovetop over low heat for about an hour...to tenderize the tougher pieces. Add a jar of your favorite BBQ sauce and continue to simmer uncovered for one hour. Serve with your favorite coleslaw recipe and toasted slider (mini) rolls.
