Cornbread dressing for an overseas thanksgiving! Brown butter rosemary cornbread recipe from joy the baker. Left it overnight to get a bit stale. Sausage meat sautéed with tobasco, garlic, and onions. Thrown with celery, apple, pecans (and cornbread). Drenched with chicken stock and baked at 176 C for about half an hour.
