Buffalo Cauliflower Brunch Toast
Roast olive oil tossed cauliflower in oven at 425 for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway. Remove from oven and toss with buffalo sauce (hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, Worcestershire, celery salt, salt and pepper)
Broil a slice of sourdough bread topped with shredded chipotle jack cheese until cheese is melted.
Top with buffalo cauliflower and blue cheese crumbles. Return to broiler.
Top with poached egg and cilantro
