Step 1: Fish: soak a filet of tilapia in milk (I use almond milk), then coat it in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Fry 3-4 min on one side and 1 min on the other side.
Step 2: Salsa: chop cherry tomatoes, fresh garlic, and cilantro. Squeeze a lime over it.
Step 3: Yogurt Sauce (not pictured): Greek yogurt + paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Tortillas: heat up corn tortillas in a small drizzle of oil, for a nice light fry.
