Lamb, Mushroom & Goat Cheese Beggars' Purses
Sauté mushrooms seasoned with salt and garlic powder. Sear lamb and cut into tiny bits. Butter three layers of phyllo dough and allot lamb and mushroom in the middle of a square. Sprinkle on goat cheese crumbles and draw ends up to make the beggar's purse. Pop in the oven (heated to 350) for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
