Pork chops, cauliflower mash, sage and white wine sauce. Cook pork chops in butter, remove to plate. Add chopped garlic and cook for a few moments till lightly brown. Add a glug of white wine, a handful of chopped Sage and a few splashes of chicken stock. Let this bubble for a few minutes. Whisk in a couple of tablespoons of sour cream. Serve chops over puréed cauliflower or mashed potatoes, smother in sauce, and garnish with fried sage leaves. #dinner #pork #winewitheverything
