Chocolate babka 🙌🏽
Best use ever for leftover sweet dough. roll out, spread combo of melted chocolate, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Roll up into a log and then cut lengthwise to see chocolate stripes. Twist together and let rise in loaf pans. bake at about 375 for 30 min. Brush sugar water glaze on top.
Inspired by Smitten Kitchens "better chocolate babka" recipe. Excited to try variations!: cinnamon, caramel, chocolate cayenne, brown sugar pecan... oh, the options!
